AI was supposed to solve everything. Some companies even believed it could replace people in a year. That didn’t happen.yet! Instead, we saw AI give wrong answers, make things up, delete data, and create serious trust problems. Because of this, companies around the world are now doing the opposite of what they did before: slowing down, adding rules, and asking, “Can we trust this?”In this talk, I’ll share why design today is less about making screens—and more about helping people understand power. Designers sit between business goals, laws and regulations, AI systems, and human feelings. When these don’t line up, even “good design” fails.Using real examples from enterprise AI in the Japanese market and western market, I’ll show how designers can turn complex rules and policies into something people can actually understand and trust.
