Design today is no longer about the screen in front of us. It’s about how digital systems influence our lives, our behaviors, and even society. In my work with companies like Honda, Mitsubishi, Mercedes, Google, and Samsung, I’ve seen how digital design translates into real-world change, from reshaping mobility experiences to rethinking how AI integrates into our daily routines.
But designing for this hybrid world isn’t easy. It means working inside corporations with infinite decision-makers, entrenched processes, and global complexities, while the speed of innovation itself is accelerating 10x faster. In this talk, I’ll share practical stories and frameworks:
– How we navigated large-scale R&D design challenges at Honda.
– What it takes to align massive organizations to deliver innovation at market speed.
– How frameworks must now adapt for smaller AI-empowered teams, capable of executing faster than traditional structures.
– Why leaders need to embrace design not as a function, but as the bridge between digital, analog, and human needs.
The goal: to show that the thrill of design challenges isn’t something to fear, but a source of opportunity, and that embracing complexity can unlock new colors and new possibilities for design… and ofcorse inspire people to try something fresh in there own design process.

Gleb Kuznetsov
Milkinside | CEO and Design Director
Gleb Kuznetsov is one of the defining design voices of his generation, a creator who transforms technology into deeply human experiences. For more than twenty-five years, he has pushed the boundaries of product design, blending art, strategy, and engineering into interfaces that feel alive. His work has earned the trust of the world’s leading innovators, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Huawei, OPPO, Honda, and others, as well as one of the largest followings in the global design community.
A pioneer in artificial intelligence, Gleb helped file and author more than fifty patents in Generative AI as early as 2015, contributing to the foundations that led to GPT and modern LLMs. As Chief Design Officer at Brain Technologies Inc., founded by Laurene Powell Jobs, he helped shape breakthroughs such as one-shot learning, a milestone that influenced the evolution of large-scale AI models.
Gleb is also the founder of Milkinside, a San Francisco–based product design studio known for merging high-level strategy with cinematic craft. Since 2011, he has personally led every engagement, from next-generation mobile OS experiences to intelligent consumer products that redefine how humans and machines communicate.
His work has been honored with CES Innovation Awards for the past decade, multiple Red Dot awards, a Webby, and recognition across the design and technology world.
