Brick Stage

Talk + AMA

Japanese

PKSHA Technology operates across three major domains: R&D, AI Solutions, and AI SaaS.
This session focuses on current research within the R&D domain, specifically examining AI avatars. By applying UX research methods to explore the differences between human-to-human and human-to-AI communication, we investigate deeper questions such as: What defines a human? and What constitutes communication?

The insights presented aim to offer guidance for those designing conversational UX powered by AI—helping you think through what to consider and how to shape these emerging interactions.
