Are you only thinking you’ve listened to your users?
In many teams, few people can reliably collect, analyze, and apply qualitative data. Even when interviews are conducted, if recordings and notes remain as personal artifacts, the effort risks ending in vague impressions—never developing into meaningful, actionable data.
In this workshop, participants will experience the full qualitative research cycle: gathering user voices, taking notes, organizing them, and conducting basic analysis. After grounding ourselves in essential interview mindsets, we will practice simple coding (labeling) using real interview data.
You’ll witness the moment when users’ words transform into data—and leave with the first step toward fostering a research culture within your own team.
