When you’re given clear requirements, you can usually turn them into something tangible. But when someone says, “Do whatever you like,” your hands suddenly freeze—this situation is far from uncommon. Now that AI can produce outputs at incredible speed, whether or not you can articulate what you want to create and where you want to go in your own words increasingly shapes how work moves forward.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the desires that drive you—those things you “can’t help doing” and genuinely love—by uncovering and verbalizing them through dialogue with other participants. In the second half, you’ll entrust those desires to AI, shaping them into a personal “companion” you can take back into your daily life.

This 80-minute session offers a moment where your desires become language—and begin to move alongside you as a companion rooted in your everyday practice.
