In uncharted territory where there are no right answers, what does it really take to move things forward?
In new business development, teams are constantly navigating uncertainty. In this session, I’ll share a practical mindset and collaborative process for helping teams understand, decide, and act—illustrated through real-world case studies from new venture projects. Information keeps increasing, but customer understanding doesn’t deepen. Ideas take shape, yet decisions stall. Does this sound familiar?
In an era where AI can generate endless options, making decisions has paradoxically become harder. As a result, the importance of aligning around a single shared will—and using it to move things forward—has never been greater.
Together, we’ll unpack what it truly means to “understand” and to “decide,” and explore how design can become a driving force for progress. Drawing from over a decade of experience launching new businesses within established companies, I’ll share lessons learned along the way. I’d love to think and talk through these ideas with you.
