We are living in the era of AI—where everything and everyone seems to be talking about it. For businesses, the instinct is to catch this wave. Yet in trying too hard to incorporate AI, we risk creating uninspired products that even the creators themselves don’t feel proud of.

At SmartBank, rather than building AI merely as a feature, we treat it as a character—placing it at the center of the service to bring together convenience and emotional resonance. It’s an ongoing struggle, but one that feels meaningful.

We may not know whether this approach will lead to business success at the time of this talk, but we hope to show that there are many ways to contend with the age of AI—and that this is one of them.
