At Shippio, we build a platform that connects logistics providers with shippers. Through this work, we realized that we are not simply improving communication efficiency—we are redesigning the relationship between the two parties.
Traditionally, shippers mainly received information from logistics providers, taking a passive role. With the platform, shippers now engage proactively in managing their shipments, shifting the dynamic entirely.
In this talk, I will share the behavioral changes we observed among shippers, drawing from real project examples and user feedback, and discuss how these changes reflect a broader shift in the relationships within logistics.
